ThinkWafer is an AI education and services venture currently launching ThinkWafer AI Pilot, a structured AI-learning programme designed for non-technical adults. We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional to help us grow awareness, generate qualified leads, and convert suitable prospects into paid customers. You may work across digital marketing, social media, content distribution, lead generation, partnerships, campaign strategy, and customer acquisition. This is a performance/commission-based engagement rather than a fixed-salary role. There is no guaranteed monthly salary; compensation will be earned on qualifying successfully closed and paid deals attributable to your efforts. The exact commission percentage, attribution rules, payment timing, targets, and working arrangement will be mutually agreed before the engagement begins.
