Founding CTO – Mobility Startup (Equity Only)

Bozzo is building the next-generation ride-hailing platform for India. Our mission is to increase driver earnings, provide affordable rides, and build a technology-first mobility company.
We are looking for a Founding CTO who wants to build a startup from day one and become a long-term owner of the company.
This is an equity-only opportunity in the beginning.

Responsibilities
Build and lead the complete technology team.
Own the Bozzo Rider App, Driver App, Admin Panel and Backend.
Improve the existing app and fix all bugs.
Design scalable architecture for millions of users.
Build secure APIs and databases.
Manage Android, iOS and Web development.
Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure.
Handle Google Play Store and Apple App Store releases.
Implement GPS tracking, payments, notifications and live ride systems.
Build AI-powered features for riders, drivers and operations.
Recruit and mentor developers.
Maintain security, performance and uptime.
Work directly with the founder on product strategy and company decisions.
Build the technology roadmap from MVP to a national-scale platform.

Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience building scalable mobile products or startups.
Strong knowledge of Flutter/React Native, Node.js, Java, Kotlin, Swift or similar technologies.
Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud platforms.
Experience with system architecture, databases, APIs and DevOps.
Leadership experience managing engineering teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Passion for building startups from zero.
