We're building India's first Instant Functional Nutrition (IFN) brand — starting with a lactose-free, 40ml ready-to-drink protein shot engineered for people whose post-workout window closes because the format is broken: no shaker, no fridge, no prep, just tear and drink.

The formulation side is where I've spent most of my time — lab-validated protein density, shelf stability, regulatory filings in progress. What the company needs now is someone who can own the commercial engine: getting this product into the hands of the gym-goers, professionals, and B2B partners who've already told us (500+ consumer interviews, 90%+ demand validation) that they want it.

What you'd own:

D2C growth strategy and execution — acquisition, retention, pricing
B2B channel development — gym partnerships, corporate wellness tie-ups
Quick-commerce onboarding (Blinkit, Zepto, and similar platforms)
Go-to-market sequencing as we move from pilot to scale
Fundraising support — you'll be in the room for investor conversations, not just the pitch deck

Who we're looking for:

Someone with real D2C, growth, or channel-sales experience — ideally in food, nutrition, FMCG, or consumer wellness
Comfortable with pre-revenue, pre-institutional-funding uncertainty — priorities will shift as fast as the data does
Direct communicator — we'd rather flag a problem early than protect feelings and lose time
Genuinely believes in the problem: most Indians can't digest whey comfortably, and the people who need protein most have the least time to prepare it

What this is:
This is a co-founder role, not an employee role — real equity, real decision-making authority, and ownership over the commercial half of the company from day one. Compensation structure (equity / equity+salary) is open for discussion based on what you bring and what stage you're joining at.
