Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services
• Design APIs supporting financial experiences
• Move and Process large volumes of financial data
• Build integrations with Finance Lenders
• Develop real-time financial insights systems
• Improve system performance and reliability

Qualifications

• Strong Back-End Web Development experience, including building scalable APIs and microservices.
• Advanced Software Development skills with a focus on clean architecture, testing, and maintainability.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and common design patterns.
• Solid Programming skills in one or more modern languages commonly used for backend systems (e.g., Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, Go, or similar).
• Understanding of Front-End Development concepts to collaborate effectively with frontend teams.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, caching, and message queues.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or high-availability transactional systems is beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools.
• Commitment to secure coding practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
