Growth Marketing & User Acquisition Specialist (Consumer Startup)

About Us

We're an early-stage consumer startup building a product in the lifestyle and social discovery space.

We're currently validating product-market fit and are looking for a growth-focused marketer to help us acquire our first users, improve conversion, and build a repeatable acquisition engine.

You'll work directly with the founder and have significant ownership over growth strategy and execution.

What You'll Do

Your primary objective is simple:

Help us find scalable ways to acquire and activate users.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns
• Launch and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads
• Improve landing page conversion
• Develop messaging and positioning experiments
• Design and analyze A/B tests
• Work with designers to create high-performing creatives
• Analyze funnels and user behavior
• Recommend growth experiments based on data
• Research competitors and acquisition opportunities
• Help establish a repeatable growth process

What We're Looking For

• Experience running Meta Ads
• Strong copywriting skills
• Experience improving landing pages
• Familiarity with growth experiments and A/B testing
• Strong analytical mindset
• Comfortable working with early-stage startups
• Excellent English communication

Bonus:

• Consumer app experience
• Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or PostHog
• Lifecycle marketing

Engagement

• Freelance / Contract
• 10–20 hours per week initially
• Potential for a long-term engagement based on results
