Co-Founder & CTO / Tech Lead

Keep It Healthy (Dr Kiwi) is a Polish healthtech building a Patient Layer OS for prevention: a layer over clinics' systems and public e-health that turns a clinic's dormant patient base into completed preventive care. Clinics and payers pay for the delivered outcome. Product live in production; first pilots and paid deployments with medical networks underway; active seed round.

We're looking for a hands-on technical co-founder to own product direction, architecture, integrations, security and delivery — taking a working product toward repeatable deployments and scale.

You:

• built a product/platform 0→1 (technical co-founder, founding/staff/principal engineer, or hands-on head of engineering);
• strong on backend, APIs, integrations, cloud, security, delivery;
• able to make architectural calls and still ship code; Polish-speaking; ready for equity-first model

Terms: co-founder equity package with vesting; equity-first, then a market salary; remote/hybrid (Poland). Short earn-in first.
