Technical GenAI Product Manager

About Us

Togal.ai is looking for a senior product leader who combines strong product instincts with deep technical understanding of modern AI systems.

This is not a traditional roadmap-management role. We are looking for someone who can operate almost at the level of an AI Solutions Architect: understanding AI capabilities and limitations, working closely with engineers on technical trade-offs, identifying opportunities for automation, and translating complex workflows into AI-native products.

Construction experience is not required. We believe exceptional product leaders can learn domains quickly. What matters most is your ability to understand complex user problems, leverage modern AI technologies, and build products that deliver measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own product strategy and execution for a key area of the platform.
• Conduct deep customer discovery and user research.
• Work directly with engineers to define AI-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate where LLMs, AI agents, automation, retrieval systems, and AI workflows can create meaningful customer value.
• Launch MVPs quickly, validate assumptions, and iterate rapidly.
• Translate complex operational workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Drive outcome-focused product decisions rather than feature-driven development.
• Help shape product culture, product processes, and product standards as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Exceptional understanding of modern AI technologies and product applications.
• Hands-on experience building, launching, or managing AI-powered products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, model evaluation, prompt
• engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, MCP, tool-calling architectures, and AI
• product design patterns.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior engineers, staff engineers, and AI architects on
• technical decisions.
• Strong technical background, ideally with prior experience in software engineering,
• machine learning, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong product discovery and problem-framing skills.
• Experience taking products from zero-to-one and scaling successful initiatives.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong bias toward execution and customer outcomes.
