Keep It Healthy (Dr Kiwi) is a Polish healthtech building a Patient Layer OS for prevention: a layer over clinics' systems and public e-health that turns a clinic's dormant patient base into completed preventive care. Clinics and payers pay for the delivered outcome.

We're looking for an operations-and-commercial co-founder to own commercialization, GTM and execution — turning a pipeline of clinics and payers into signed, repeatable, paid deployments, and building the operations to carry it.

You:

• real 0→1 delivery (launched a market/service/business line, signed contracts, owned an outcome or P&L)
• ideally (but not recuired) B2B / healthcare / regulated; comfortable with P&L, unit economics and investor conversations;
• ready for an equity-first model

Terms: co-founder equity package with vesting; equity-first, next a market salary; remote/hybrid.
We start with a short earn-in, not a blind commitment. Not a fit if you need a ready-made team, budget and processes to start.
