ABOUT SHE & HER
She & HER is a community-first platform for the sapphic community. Sapphic, by design. We launched June 28, 2026 at NYC Pride, where our founding members became the first in the world to have the app. We're Houston-based, backed by Google for Startups and NVIDIA Inception, and building intentional infrastructure for WLW connection — with safety and authenticity designed in from the first screen.

Our internships are paid. We think that matters.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Create content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and our newsletter — each channel has its own register, and you'll learn to write for all of them.
• Cut event and launch footage into Reels and longer YouTube edits (we treat every event as a content engine).
• Support growth experiments: waitlist campaigns, launch-market pushes, referral moments.
• Work inside a real brand system — palette, type, and voice guidelines you'll learn to apply, not guess at.

WHO YOU ARE
• You make things: a portfolio, a personal account you've grown, edits you're proud of. Show us.
• You can match a defined brand voice instead of defaulting to your own.
• Bonus: Descript, CapCut or Premiere, basic design sense, email marketing experience.

DETAILS
• $1,000–1,250/month stipend • ~15 hours/week • 12 weeks, starting mid-September 2026
• Remote (US), Houston preferred

WHY THIS INTERNSHIP
Most marketing internships are scheduling posts for a brand nobody feels anything about. This community feels everything about this brand. You'll learn what marketing looks like when the audience is the point.
