ABOUT SHE & HER
She & HER is a community-first platform for the sapphic community. Sapphic, by design. We launched June 28, 2026 at NYC Pride, where our founding members became the first in the world to have the app. We're Houston-based, backed by Google for Startups and NVIDIA Inception, and building intentional infrastructure for WLW connection — with safety and authenticity designed in from the first screen.
Our internships are paid. We think that matters.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support day-to-day member experience: welcoming founding members, surfacing feedback, spotting what the community needs before it asks.
• Help our team keep community spaces safe, warm, and genuinely useful — moderation with care, not just enforcement.
• Turn community moments into social content: member stories, launch-city energy, the small details that make people feel seen.
• Track what resonates and report it back to the product team.
WHO YOU ARE
• You live in sapphic/queer community spaces online and understand their norms, humor, and boundaries.
• You write with warmth and precision — you know the difference between a brand talking at a community and belonging to one.
• You take safety seriously. You know moderation is community care.
DETAILS
• $1,250/month stipend • ~15 hours/week • 12 weeks, starting mid-September 2026
• Remote (US), Houston preferred
