Role Overview
Tayyab Trust is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to execute our daily digital strategy, grow our online presence, and strengthen donor relationships. This role is responsible for content creation, community engagement, campaign execution, and donor lifecycle support — with a clear focus on converting followers into recurring donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content Management (40%)
Platform Ownership: Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube with consistent, mission-aligned content.
Editorial Planning: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, appeals, and field updates.
Video Production: Edit raw field footage into high-quality Reels, TikToks, and Shorts using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
Storytelling: Coordinate with field teams to produce structured “Human-First” success stories and impact media kits for Tayyab TV and campaigns.
Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments and messages daily to build trust and deepen supporter relationships.
- Marketing & Fundraising Campaigns (40%)
Campaign Execution: Support and implement digital and print campaigns for Ramadan, Qurbani, Water Wells, Orphan Sponsorship, and emergency appeals.
Donor Journey Alignment: Ensure all messaging includes clear calls-to-action (Donate Now, Sponsor a Child, Give Zakat, etc.).
Public Outreach: Assist in developing brand partnerships and visibility initiatives to increase donor acquisition.
Market Research: Identify emerging donor segments and trends; provide actionable recommendations.
Email Marketing: Manage newsletters, urgent appeals, and impact updates to nurture and retain donors.
- Donor Relations & Reporting (20%)
CRM Support: Maintain and update donor records; ensure accurate contribution tracking and segmentation.
Donor Retention: Coordinate appreciation initiatives and engagement touchpoints to strengthen long-term donor relationships.
Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly summaries covering social growth, campaign performance, email results, and fundraising impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or nonprofit fundraising
Proficiency in social media management tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and basic digital fundraising funnels
Strong writing and storytelling skills with ability to create conversion-focused content
Ability to edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail
Passion for humanitarian work; creative, proactive, and adaptable
