About Bozzo
Bozzo is building a ride-hailing platform for India focused on driver earnings, affordable rides, and city-by-city expansion.
This is an equity-only opportunity. There is no salary initially.
Responsibilities
Build the company from 0 to 1.
Launch Bozzo city by city.
Build and manage the operations team.
Hire and train City Managers, HR, Field Sales Executives, and Customer Support.
Create SOPs and daily processes.
Improve driver onboarding and activation.
Increase completed rides and reduce cancellations.
Manage customer support and driver support.
Track daily KPIs and business reports.
Work with the founder to achieve monthly targets.
Help raise funding and prepare for expansion.
Requirements
3+ years in Operations, Logistics, Marketplace, Mobility, or Startup.
Leadership experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work full-time.
Ready to build a startup from the ground up.
Compensation
Equity only
No salary in the beginning.
Long-term ownership in Bozzo.
