About NextWaveSTEM
NextWaveSTEM is a US-based STEM education company focused on transforming how schools deliver future-ready learning experiences. We partner directly with K–12 schools, districts, and educators to bring hands-on programs in robotics, artificial intelligence, coding, cybersecurity, drones, and other emerging technologies into classrooms across the United States.
Our mission is to make high-quality STEM education more accessible, scalable, and impactful by helping schools integrate real-world technology learning into their curriculum. Through structured programs, curriculum support, and implementation partnerships, we enable educators to deliver engaging, outcome-driven STEM experiences to students.
Our grants and RFP strategy plays a key role in expanding access to STEM education while driving sustainable revenue growth through funded school partnerships. We are seeking an RFP, Grants & Partnerships Manager who will help drive revenue growth by identifying funding opportunities that enable schools to purchase NextWaveSTEM solutions.
This role is responsible for researching grants and RFPs, matching funding opportunities with our STEM programs, engaging schools and districts, supporting successful submissions, and creating a strong pipeline of funding-driven sales opportunities.
Success in this role will be measured not only by the number of opportunities identified, but by how effectively those opportunities convert into school partnerships and revenue.

- Coordinate inputs from internal teams to ensure complete and accurate submissions
- Ensure applications are submitted on time and aligned with requirements
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail in all submissions

- Recommend strategies to improve funding conversion and revenue generation.
Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain a structured pipeline of all active grants, RFPs, and funding-driven school opportunities.
- Track opportunities from identification through submission, funding outcomes, partnership development, and revenue generation.
