Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead client engagements and drive project execution. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding client needs, and delivering AI-driven solutions while ensuring successful implementation and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather client requirements and work with the team for detailed requirement analysis.
  
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation.
  
• Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
  
• Conduct research and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
  
• Design and document business processes, workflows, and work practices.
  
• Assist in test strategy development (Automation & Manual).
  
• Provide technical guidance when required.
  
• Ensure test strategies validate both accuracy and business test cases.
  
• Manage client onboarding, execution, and delivery processes.
  
• Lead a team of client delivery consultants and oversee multiple projects.
  
• Identify and drive new business opportunities with existing clients.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM or BE/B-Tech with 5-10 years of experience in analytics, transformation, or technology projects (3+ years in management consulting preferred).
  
• Strong background in business analytics, data management, and technical project management.
  
• Proficiency in AI, Python, ML, APIs, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycle.
  
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint planning, and ADO.
  
• Experience in handling external clients and executive-level stakeholders.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
  

Essential Skills:

• Tech-savvy mindset with strong business and technical acumen.
  
• Strong background in project management and Agile methodologies.
  
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, and DevOps practices.
  
• Confident communication and leadership abilities.
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Project completion within budget and timeline.
  
• Client satisfaction (NPS).
  

Core Activities:

• Requirement analysis, work breakdown, risk & stakeholder management.
  
• Project planning, tracking, reporting, and decision-making meetings.
