Founding Marketing Lead

Role

We’re looking for someone to drive product success by being the bridge between product development, sales, and customers. As a founding member of the team, you'll lead multiple marketing motions from 0 to 1 and beyond.

What this looks like:

• Market Research: Identifying target audiences, analyzing competitors, and understanding customer pain points.
• Positioning & Messaging: Crafting our story, value proposition, and core messages for each product and feature.
• GTM Strategy: Planning and executing launches for new products and features.
• Sales Enablement: Creating tools (presentations, demos, case studies) to help sales teams sell effectively.
• Content Creation: Developing blogs, videos, website copy, and other materials that highlight product benefits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Your background

• 3–5+ years of experience in brand or product marketing, ideally at a fast-moving startup or creative agency.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills - you love working closely with creative and technical partners.
• A deep sense of ownership and pride in your work.

Bonus:

• Experience in creating web, digital, print, motion, and presentation assets
