About the Internship
Are you passionate about testing real-world software and eager to learn across FE Apps and API testing? Join our dynamic team of developers and gain hands-on experience in:

Apps (Android/iOS)
APIs - NodeJS / DocumentDB
Frontend/Backend Automation

You will work alongside experienced mentors, and contribute to impactful projects. Our team consists of both paid and unpaid members.

What We Offer

Requirements
Technical Skills:
Attention to Detail to Detect Bugs
Know QA concepts well
Process Driven
Familiarity with App and API automation is a plus

Availability:
Ok with 3.5K INR pm Stipend for 3 months spending 7 hrs per day without any other job or college commitment
Able to join daily sync-ups at 7 AM
Open to working on Saturdays
Able to commit an average of 7 hours per day to internship tasks
Must have no other commitments (including job, travel, classes, assignments, labs, exams, and freelance work)
Can commit to a 6-month paid internship
Can join within 1 week

Responsibilities
Fing Bugs in Apps and APIs
Write unit and end-to-end (E2E) automation tests for our applications
Collaborate with team members and participate in code reviews and daily sync-ups

Hiring Process (Same for Paid/Unpaid Roles)
Offline Audio Exercise: Record answers to few questions (1 hour, depending on experience)
Live Bug Finding (GMeet): Find bugs in an app in a live session (1 hour)
IQ & Behavioural Round (GMeet): Rapid Fire IQ questions (1 hour)
Final Interview: Phone round with our CEO (30 minutes)

We do not retain, store, or share your assignment answers. It is used solely for evaluating your application.

After submission, we typically respond within a few days, and at most within 1 month, with next steps—either rejection or progression to the live coding round. If you are not selected, we provide constructive feedback. The entire process can take as little as 1 week or up to 1.5 months. If this timeline or the effort required feels excessive for this role, we understand and encourage you to apply elsewhere.

Selection Statistics:
80% of applicants receive a take-home assignment
30% of those submit the assignment
5% of submitters progress to the live coding round
50% of live Bug Finding participants reach the final interview
80% of final interviewees are offered the internship
Overall, the acceptance rate is approximately 0.3% (roughly 1 out of 300 applicants is selected).

Additional Notes
You will gain significant experience in app and api testing and work on real-world projects.
Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) may be extended to exceptional interns in the final month, based on performance, team needs, and company capacity. 4 out of 15 interns got PPO in the last 9 months.
