Founding Software Engineer / Technical Co-Founder (Equity-Based)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Software Developer / Technical Co-Founder to join as a founding member and help shape the future of an AI-driven product from the ground up. This is an equity-based opportunity for someone who wants to build, lead, and own a product rather than simply contribute code.

As a founding member, you will play a key role in technical decision-making, product strategy, architecture, and execution while working closely with people across multiple disciplines.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
Develop reliable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
Make key architectural decisions with long-term scalability in mind.
Collaborate closely with product, AI, design, business, and marketing teams.
Translate ideas into functional, user-focused products.
Drive technical innovation and continuously improve the product.
Help establish engineering best practices and a strong development culture.
Contribute to hiring and mentoring as the engineering team grows.
