We are looking for an Analytics Consultant to join our team as we grow our consulting business in the UK and US. We offer customers expert perspectives, leveraging our unique public and private datasets. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing company with access to impressive existing customers, trusted senior relationships and unique multi-firm datasets. This role will work across multiple firms’ most important transformation projects, defining the winning law firms of the future.

Role Responsibilities...

• Build relationships with senior leaders in the world's top law firms, identifying and solving knotty and timely problems with them
• Deliver impactful and robust work to make sure the customer gets what they need in time, going the extra mile to make the insights as simple and beautiful as possible
• Work in partnership with the legal sector’s leading consulting firms, offering data insights that target and de-risk change projects
• Be able to join us in the London office for at least 3 days a week. We’re available for in-person client meetings any day.
• Represent the customer within Pirical: make sure our strategy is informed by customer feedback and customers’ priorities are being addressed.

Role Requirements...

• You are a problem solver who loves solving commercial and technical headscratchers.
• You have excellent analytics skills and get a kick out of finding interesting insights.
• You love numbers and data and have a proven background in PowerPoint and Excel.
• You can distill complex problems into simple and beautiful insights for others.
• You have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders.
• You are customer-centric, you can put yourself in customers’ shoes and find insightful ways to uncover customers’ unspoken issues.
• You focus on the big picture. You can ruthlessly prioritise to ensure long-term success.
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience of the ‘business of law’ highly desirable but not essential
