Remote B2B Account Executive | Performance-Based | Aesthetic Clinics & Med Spas

We are looking for an experienced B2B Account Executive to help grow Kirmi Studio by closing deals with aesthetic clinics, med spas, and healthcare businesses.

Kirmi Studio helps clinics recover lost revenue from missed calls, unanswered inquiries, inactive patients, no-shows, and missed review opportunities by implementing patient communication and follow-up solutions.

This is a performance-based role focused entirely on sales. You will be responsible for:

• Speaking with clinic owners, founders, practice managers, and decision-makers

• Understanding their current challenges around leads, bookings, and patient retention

• Presenting how Kirmi Studio helps solve these problems

• Handling objections and guiding prospects through the decision process

• Closing qualified opportunities

You will not be responsible for delivery. Our development team handles implementation and client systems. Your focus is building relationships and generating revenue.

Compensation
**Earnings are based on deal size closed:

• $5,000+ deals → $500-$1000+ commission
• $10,000+ deals → $1,000-
$2,500+ commission
• Larger enterprise deals → higher payouts

**Ideal candidate:

• Experience closing B2B or high-ticket offers

• Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives

• Strong discovery and objection-handling skills

• Self-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
