Kirmi Studio founded by Ismael Kirmi in 2025 is a boutique agency that fixes a problem almost every healthcare clinic has faced and no one measures. The gap between a patient reaching out and anyone getting back to them and then turning them into an appointment.
Why us:
We didn't take this from a report. We tested it ourselves. Across multiple healthcare clinics whether med spas, aesthetic practices, plastic surgery... Our sales team submits contact forms, sends Instagram DMs, and calls as a prospective patient.
For a clinic where one filler patient is worth $1,000 and one facelift patient is worth $20,000, that gap isn't a service issue. It's the largest untracked problem in the practice.
What we do:
Missed calls — every unanswered call gets an instant response, so the patient doesn't just ring the your competitor.
Inquiry response — forms, DMs and messages answered in seconds, at 11pm and on Sundays, not the next business day.
