The product

We are building a discovery and booking platform for the vibe travel industry. Think surf camps, boat surf trips in the Maldives, yoga retreats, kitesurf camps, biking trips, etc.

It's a huge industry that's still very fragmented and underserved. Both for travelers trying to find and book these experiences, and for operators still running their businesses low tech.

We are surfers and travelers. We've been on countless of these trips, organized retreats ourselves, and know the problem firsthand on both sides.

*The role: *

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at an early-stage startup.

You will build, ship, maintain, and improve the product end to end, working directly with the founders. Frontend, backend, AI, data pipelines whatever the product needs. Real decisions, real ownership, fast pace, high reward.

This is a 5 days a week fulltime role. We value weekends and time off. You'll have unlimited PTO and only expected to work normal 8h working hours. We just expect you to be effective in those working hours and ship.

The stack is Node.js, TypeScript, and Next.js on the web side, with a little Python for data work and SQL, Postgres.

Ideally you have experience working remotely at a startup before. Independent, resrourceful and go getter!
