This is a hands-on role. You won't be managing a big team or a big budget on day one, you'll be building the channels, writing the copy, running the campaigns, and looking at the numbers yourself. Titles matter less than whether you can take an ambiguous “get more people to know about us” problem and turn it into a system that works.

What you'll do

Own a chunk of our marketing funnel end to end — from idea to execution to measuring what actually moved the needle
Plan and ship campaigns across the channels that make sense for us: email, social, content, SEO, paid, communities, events, partnerships
Write your own copy and build your own creative — you don't wait on someone else to execute your ideas
Test, measure, and iterate quickly; kill what doesn't work, double down on what does
Build repeatable systems and reporting so the team always knows what's generating results
Partner closely with founders

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in a marketing role of any kind — generalist, specialist, in-house, or agency
A track record of owning a channel or project and driving a measurable result, not just executing a checklist
Strong writing — you can turn a complicated idea into something clear and compelling
Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace; you'd rather ship something imperfect this week than something perfect next quarter
Analytically minded — you're comfortable in a spreadsheet or dashboard and let data settle debates
Self-directed: you find the next problem worth solving instead of waiting to be told

Nice to have

Experience with any of: SEO, paid social/search, lifecycle/email marketing, content strategy, product marketing, brand/creative, community, PR, or marketing ops tooling (HubSpot, etc.)
Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup
A portfolio, blog, newsletter, or channel you've grown yourself — show us, don't just tell us

Compensation & benefits

Fully remote, worldwide (employee, EOR, or B2B contract)
Unlimited PTO (20 days minimum)
Compensation up to $120k to $170k per year
