About Shotova

Shotova is an AI powered product photography platform built for online sellers on Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify. Sellers upload one photo of their product and get studio-quality images, model shots, and complete listing image sets in under a minute. We're a small, fast moving team, and our product creates naturally visual before/after moments that are made for short-form video. We just need someone who can turn them into content people actually watch.

About the Role

We're hiring a Video Editor & Social Media Intern to create UGC-style AI videos for Shotova. You'll take real product transformations (kitchen-table photo in, studio shot out), tool demos, and seller stories, and turn them into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and Shorts. You'll work directly with the founder, own the content calendar, and see exactly which videos drive signups. This is a creation role, not a scheduling role.

What You'll Do

• Create UGC-style short-form videos using AI video tools, screen recordings, and product before/afters
• Write hooks and scripts for videos targeting ecommerce sellers (first 3 seconds decide everything)
• Edit videos end to end: cuts, captions, sound, pacing, native-to-platform formatting
• Publish and manage content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Track what performs, double down on winning formats, and kill what doesn't
• Experiment with AI avatars, voiceovers, and generation tools to scale output without losing authenticity

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• A feel for short-form: you know why a video holds attention or loses it, and you consume this content daily
• Comfort with AI video tools (HeyGen, Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs, or similar), or genuine eagerness to learn them fast
• Ability to write simple, punchy hooks and captions in clear English
• Freshers welcome. A portfolio, personal page, or even a meme account that shows your editing instinct beats a résumé
• Bonus: familiarity with ecommerce, SaaS marketing, or creator-style UGC ads
