Software Engineer 1 – Frontend

As a Senior Software Engineer – Frontend, you will lead the development of modern web applications, collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams, and drive frontend architecture decisions. You'll be responsible for delivering responsive, scalable, and secure user interfaces while mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces from Figma designs.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with comprehensive unit tests.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to frontend engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Required Skills:

• 4–7 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and WebSocket-based applications.
• Knowledge of modern build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
