We’re building InstiRides — a next-generation mobility platform focused on transforming campus transportation through smart electric mobility solutions. Built by students from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, InstiRides is rapidly scaling and solving real-world operational and engineering challenges.

We’re looking for highly driven engineers who want to work directly with the CTO and contribute across backend systems, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, scalable architecture, and intelligent AI systems.

What You’ll Work On

• Scaling systems to support 1M+ concurrent requests
• Backend engineering and API architecture
• React / React Native development
• iOS and Android application development
• AWS infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring
• Building intelligent AI-powered systems within InstiRides
• AI integrations, automation, and workflow optimization
• Performance optimization and rapid feature shipping
• Real-world engineering problems in mobility and logistics

Requirements

• Strong understanding of:

  • Node.js
  • React.js
  • REST APIs
  • MongoDB
  • AWS
  • Python

• Preferably worked with React Native

• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI workflows, or agentic systems

• Experience with OpenAI APIs, vector databases, RAG systems, or AI automation is a plus

• Ability to learn and ship quickly

• Strong ownership mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Commitment of approximately 6 hours/day (remote)

Stipend

₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month
(Depending on contribution and ownership, can be increased later)
