About the Role We are seeking a talented and versatile Business Application Engineer to build, deploy, and maintain critical applications that power our AI-driven automation solutions. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our core AI models and the enterprise software our clients use daily, enabling seamless integration and maximum impact. This role is key to delivering scalable and robust applications that augment our clients' workflows and empower their teams. You'll work at the intersection of AI technology and enterprise business needs.
Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop full-stack applications using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies
2. Build robust backend systems using Python, Java, or Node.js to support AI-driven automation workflows
3. Design and implement database solutions using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other modern database technologies
4. Deploy, scale, and monitor applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring high availability and performance
5. Integrate applications with enterprise software systems including Salesforce, SAP, Workday, and NetSuite using APIs and webhooks
6. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools to ensure smooth deployment processes
7. Utilize containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable application deployment
8. Implement comprehensive testing frameworks including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
9. Apply security best practices for web applications and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
11. Provide technical support and guidance to clients during implementation and maintenance phases Requirements Essential Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field • Full-stack development expertise with 5+ years of experience preferred • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) • Strong backend development skills using languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js • Solid understanding of database design and management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) • Experience with cloud development platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including deployment, scaling, and monitoring • Proven experience integrating applications with enterprise software systems (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, NetSuite) using APIs and webhooks • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Knowledge of security best practices for web applications • Experience with testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and their integration into business applications
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design patterns
• Experience with additional enterprise systems (HubSpot, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queuing systems
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Understanding of business process optimization and workflow automation
• Previous experience working directly with enterprise clients
• Experience with multiple cloud platforms and hybrid cloud architectures
• Knowledge of data pipeline and ETL processes
