About the job
Ellery for Creators — Ellery Studios, Inc.
About Ellery
Ellery is building a new home for premium live entertainment: a place where exceptional creators, studios, and audiences come together for meaningful, ticketed live moments.
Ellery for Creators partners closely with creators, production companies, and studios to develop, launch, and grow original live formats. We are not building a volume marketplace. We are building a trusted, curated entertainment brand—and the success of every partner experience matters.
The Role
We are looking for a relationship-driven, commercially minded Senior Creator & Studio Success Manager to become a trusted partner to Ellery’s creators and studio partners.
You will guide partners from their first serious conversation with Ellery through format development, launch readiness, live-event execution, and long-term growth. You will combine strategic account management, creative instincts, operational rigor, and genuine care for creators’ ambitions.
This is a highly cross-functional role at the heart of Ellery’s supply side. You will work closely with Creator Partnerships, Programming, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Support to make sure every selected partner can deliver an outstanding live experience—and wants to build with Ellery again.
What You’ll Do
- Own success for a portfolio of creators, production companies, and studios from onboarding through repeat shows and long-term partnership development.
- Build trusted, high-touch relationships with partners and act as their primary strategic point of contact at Ellery.
- Help partners shape ticketable live formats: clarifying audience value, show structure, timing, positioning, launch plans, and operational requirements.
- Lead partner onboarding and readiness, ensuring each show is prepared across content, production, ticketing, promotion, audience communication, and live-day operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch plans with internal teams and keep partners aligned on decisions, milestones, ownership, and risks.
- Translate partner feedback into clear product, operational, and programming insights—advocating for creators while protecting the quality of the Ellery experience.
- Use performance and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities for stronger launches, repeat programming, audience growth, and more ambitious future formats.
- Proactively resolve issues with calm, accountability, and excellent judgment—especially when timing, production, or audience experience is at stake.
- Help define and improve Ellery’s creator and studio success playbook as the company scales.
- Contribute to the development of Ellery’s Founding Season by identifying partners with the potential to become lasting, flagship relationships.
What Success Looks Like
- Partners feel exceptionally well supported, understood, and proud to work with Ellery.
- Selected creators and studios move smoothly from qualified conversation to format development, launch readiness, and published live shows.
- Shows are operationally ready, creatively strong, and aligned with Ellery’s premium audience experience.
- High-potential partners return for second and third shows, not just one-off launches.
- Partner insights improve Ellery’s product, programming, and operating model.
- Ellery earns a reputation as the most thoughtful and effective live-entertainment partner for ambitious creators and studios.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, account management, client success, talent management, production, programming, media, entertainment, or a closely related field.
- Experience working directly with creators, production companies, studios, talent, or high-value strategic accounts.
- Strong commercial judgment: you understand what makes a live format compelling, viable, and worth returning to.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and moving parts.
- Clear, concise communication—equally comfortable with a creator, a studio executive, and an internal product or operations team.
- Strong instincts for premium brand experience and detail; you notice where a partner journey or audience moment could be better.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-accountability environment where processes are still being built.
- A genuine belief that creators and studios deserve more than transactional platform support.
Especially Valuable
- Experience with live entertainment, ticketed events, digital media, creator businesses, podcasts, music, comedy, film/TV, sports, or cultural programming.
- Experience launching new formats, shows, campaigns, or productions from concept through execution.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, partner pipelines, and account health reporting.
- Experience working across US and European entertainment or creator markets.
How We Work
We are ambitious about building a defining entertainment company, but we believe great work is made through clarity, trust, taste, and follow-through. We value people who are candid, collaborative, creatively curious, and relentlessly focused on making the experience better for both hosts and audiences.
Ellery Studios, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to building an inclusive team and partner ecosystem.
