Startup Founders Coach

We're seeking an experienced startup founders coach to work with entrepreneurs building their own companies. This role includes guiding founders through ideation, business strategy development, market research, and go-to-market strategy, as well as fundraising and venture capital strategy to help secure funding. Coaches also support branding, app development, and web development, along with applying AI fundamentals, AI agents, and AI automation to modern startup operations. Additional support includes hiring, compensation strategy, contract drafting, and legal research, as well as resume, cover letters, and interview prep for founders navigating hiring decisions or their own career transitions. Ideal candidates have professional experience founding or advising startups, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping founders navigate the many facets of building a company. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every founder.
