We're a stealth-mode cybersecurity company at the intersection of frontier AI and cybersecurity, building a new category of defense for the world's largest enterprises. As our founding CTO, you'll own the technology and the engineering team that turns it into a product Fortune 500 security leaders trust, with co-founder-level ownership and equity.
What you'll do
• Own the architecture of a security product that runs inside large, demanding enterprise environments.
• Bring deep security judgment to every design decision, from threat models to how the product itself is secured.
• Build and lead the engineering team, and set its standards and pace.
• Work directly with design-partner CISOs and represent the technology to customers and investors.
Requirements
• 12+ years in cybersecurity engineering, with deep hands-on knowledge of detection, threat analysis, SOC workflows or security platforms.
• Has built and shipped enterprise security products used by large customers.
• Working knowledge of how ML models and LLMs are trained, evaluated and deployed in production.
• Strong systems and cloud architecture skills, including on-prem and hybrid deployments.
• Has led engineering teams, from early stage through growth.
