Sovi.AI UGC Creator Recruitment Partner(Commission Based, Remote)

Role Overview
Sovi.AI is looking for recruitment partners to help us source US-based student UGC creators.
You will identify suitable creators, introduce the opportunity, and refer them to our team. This is a recruitment role—you do not need to create videos yourself.
Responsibilities

• Find and contact US-based student creators
• Share the campaign requirements with potential creators
• Refer suitable candidates to the Sovi.AI team
• Follow up with referred creators until they complete their videos Creator Requirements Referred creators should be based in the United States, preferably aged 18–24, comfortable appearing on camera, and able to film clear videos using a phone. Each creator will receive a simple script and film 10 short videos of approximately 4–8 seconds each. No editing or posting is required. Compensation You will receive $15 when a referred creator completes their first approved set of 10 videos. You will receive an additional $5 each time the same creator completes another approved set of 10 videos. Commission is paid after the creator’s videos are reviewed and approved by Sovi.AI. Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone with access to US college communities, student organizations, UGC groups, or creator networks.
