Warmo is a GTM Signal Intelligence Platform that monitors the live web for buying signals - funding rounds, hiring surges, expansion moves, and surfaces the right companies, the right contacts, and the right moment to reach out. We are an early-stage startup under Kokorick Ltd, building the intelligence layer that modern B2B sales teams run on.

The Role

We are looking for a founding Head of Engineering to own the technical direction of Warmo from the ground up. You will work directly with the founder to architect, build, and scale the platform. This is a hands-on leadership role, you will write code, make infrastructure decisions, and eventually build and manage the engineering team as we grow.

What You Will Do

Own the full technical roadmap and architecture of the Warmo platform
Build and maintain the signal intelligence pipeline (web monitoring, data enrichment, ICP matching)
Make stack and infrastructure decisions with a long-term lens
Ship product fast while keeping the codebase scalable
Work closely with the founder on product direction
Hire and lead engineers as the team grows

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year in a technical lead or senior role
Strong backend experience - Node.js, Python, or similar
Comfortable with data pipelines, APIs, and web scraping at scale
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Product mindset - you think about what to build, not just how
Startup experience or the drive to work in an early-stage environment
Equity-motivated - this role is equity-heavy to start

Nice to Have

Experience with AI/LLM integrations
Background in B2B SaaS or sales tech
Familiarity with contact enrichment or intent data tools

Compensation

Equity: 0.5% – 1.0% (negotiable based on experience and contribution)
Salary: Discussed during the process - competitive once funded
