About the job

Remote (US) or hybrid near NYC or Hartford, CT | $85,000 to $155,000 + equity | Full-time | Experience Dependent

UtilizeCore focuses on a fragmented service delivery supply chain. We're the platform national service aggregators, facility management companies, and OEM service networks use to manage their and scale subcontracted service networks across HVAC, fire and life safety, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, and exterior services. When a national operator needs work done at thousands of sites through hundreds of local service providers, our platform runs the entire chain: work orders, dispatch, compliance, invoicing, and payment. Founded by ServiceChannel veterans. Series A, backed, and growing.

The role
You own enterprise customer implementations from sales handoff through go-live: platform configuration, data migration and validation, integration enablement, and user readiness. You own the timeline and the go-live outcome. After go-live, you stay engaged to optimize workflows, resolve complex technical issues, and protect account health.

This is not a light onboarding job. Our customers are national aggregators running thousands of sites and large subcontractor networks, with deep integrations into ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Fexa, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Dynamics 365. You will diagnose mapping and sync failures, validate data flow end to end, and confirm integrations hold up against real volume before calling anything done. We are also mid platform migration, moving accounts from our V2 product to V3. It is the highest-stakes work in the company and it is not always clean. If that sentence excites you more than it scares you, keep reading.

What you'll do

Lead implementations for enterprise accounts, from kickoff to go-live, on committed timelines
Stand up and validate third-party integrations, including middleware connections like FlowGear
Own Level 2 escalation for implementation and adoption issues. Reproduce, document, resolve, or escalate to engineering with a clear root cause. You are not a ticket forwarder.
Build the repeatable artifacts that scale the function: dashboards, reconciliation templates, playbooks
Feed implementation insight back to Product to shape the roadmap

No quota, no renewal ownership, no contract negotiation. When you spot expansion or risk, you flag it and hand it to Growth. There is a real path to leading this function as it grows, earned by doing the work first.
What we need

5+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation, technical project management, technical account management, or solutions consulting
A track record of taking large customers live on schedule, not just maintaining accounts
Strong integration and data fluency: APIs, data mapping, sync logic, middleware. You do not need to write production code, but you need to figure out why two systems are not talking.
Comfort with data at volume: validating exports, reconciling across systems
Ownership of outcomes. You close loops without someone managing your queue.
Writing that works in two directions: explain a technical failure to a customer's operations lead and the root cause to an engineer in the same day

Strong pluses: facilities management or field service domain experience; direct work with ServiceChannel, Corrigo, or Fexa; accounting integrations; experience carrying accounts through a platform migration or major version change.
