Member Onboarding Specialist (Remote)

Eligibility: This role is open only to current or former athletes who competed at the collegiate varsity level (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, U Sports, CCAA), professionally, or at the Olympic level. If you competed at that level, you already have most of what this job asks for.

The role You own the first two weeks of every new member's experience. You make sure athletes and employers get set up, verified, and to their first real win on the platform fast. When onboarding is smooth, people stay. That number is yours to move.

What you'll do

Guide new members through setup, verification, and first use
Answer questions over email, chat, and short calls
Track where people get stuck and fix the process, not just the ticket
Hit activation and early-retention targets each week
Partner with product to make the whole flow easier

Patient, clear, and genuinely helpful under volume

Comfortable learning new tools quickly
