CTO

Requirement: Must be a chess player; FIDE-rated preferred

We are not looking for someone to simply “manage the tech.”

We are looking for a hands-on CTO who wants to build something ambitious enough to keep them thinking about the next feature long after the workday ends.

You should be:

• A ferociously good coder who still builds.
• Fast, creative, and comfortable challenging how things are normally done.
• Able to own backend, frontend, AI, infrastructure, architecture, and product.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early-stage startup.
• Ready to build and lead the engineering team.
• Motivated by long-term ownership and ambition, not just a title or paycheck.

You will own the stack end-to-end, make critical architectural decisions, and work closely with the founder on product and company strategy.
