🚀 We’re Hiring – Founder’s Office Intern (Chessworld AI)
📍 Hybrid – Bengaluru
💰 ₹5,000–₹10,000 stipend
🎯 Full-time offer up to ₹5 LPA
ChessWorld AI is building India’s first complete AI-powered chess tournament platform — digitizing offline games, converting scoresheets to PGNs, and giving players instant Stockfish-based insights.
We’re now looking for a Founder’s Office Intern who wants to work directly with us across product, marketing, and operations.
What you’ll do:
– Conduct user interviews with players, coaches & parents
– Support WhatsApp/email marketing + basic content creation
– Join us at tournaments across Bengaluru for on-ground operations
– Manage Google Sheets, user dashboards & data
– Test features, identify bugs, contribute to product decisions
Who should apply:
– Students pursuing MBA / any degree
– Strong communication + interest in product & startups
– Comfortable with spreadsheets & basic tech
– FIDE-rated / chess players preferred (not mandatory)
What you’ll learn:
Product thinking, growth marketing, user research, real event ops, and how a 0→1 startup is built from scratch.
