Software Engineer (Lending) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in Lending, you will architect and refine digital solutions that drive the mortgage lifecycle. You will translate complex financial requirements into high-performance systems, ensuring seamless automation and strict adherence to industry standards.

What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain scalable backend systems tailored for mortgage origination and loan processing.
• Integrate diverse third-party platforms to streamline data flow and enhance lending ecosystem connectivity.
• Implement robust workflows that manage Protected Financial Information with a focus on auditability and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business intent into technical features that improve borrower experiences.
• Optimize system performance and reliability to handle high-volume processing during market surges.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on backend development.
• Proven expertise in building software for mortgage origination and US lending workflows.
• Proficiency in backend stacks including Python, Node.js, or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with integrations for platforms like HubSpot, LoanPress, or Ellie Mae.
• Deep understanding of financial regulatory compliance and audit trails within the lending industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
