ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an AI/ML and Data Engineer to design and prototype intelligent tagging and validation workflows for a regulatory transformation programme. You will shape the data products that underpin the solution, building pipelines that are reliable, scalable, and fit for a structured regulatory environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and prototype AI tagging and automated validation workflows
• Shape data products that support regulatory reporting and decision-making
• Build and maintain ML and data pipelines suited to structured, regulated data
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure data products fit the target architecture
• Document data models, pipeline logic, and model validation approaches

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong ML engineering and data pipeline experience
• Comfortable working with structured, high-integrity data in a regulated environment
• Experience with NLP, classification models, or financial/regulatory data tagging is a strong advantage
• Able to prototype quickly and iterate based on domain feedback from accounting and BA leads
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern pipeline tooling (e.g. Airflow, dbt, or equivalent)
