[URGENT HIRE] Project Manager

The Role

Lead project delivery for AI/enterprise engagements across GCC. Own client scoping, team coordination, timeline/budget management, and delivery oversight. Reports to Regional Lead.

Responsibilities

1. Manage 4-8 concurrent client project
2. Lead scoping calls; translate requirements into SOWs and resource plans
3. Coordinate internal delivery teams and external resources
4. Navigate GCC regulatory and compliance requirements
5. Identify risks and manage stakeholder expectations
6. Ensure quality and timeline commitments are met

Requirements

1. 5+ years managing client delivery (software, consulting, services, or government contracts)
2. Can scope projects with incomplete information
3. Experience managing technical teams
4. Strong multi-project planning and communication
5. Self-starter; takes ownership

Preferred

1. GCC/UAE market experience
2. Background in AI/ML or data science delivery
3. Government sector contract experience
4. Startup environment comfort
