*Job Description: *

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are
looking for a Data Analyst who is interested in growing into a Data Scientist role. The ideal candidate
should have basic knowledge in Python programming, an aptitude for logical thinking, and a keen
interest in leveraging their technical and analytical skills to support our products and resolve
customer issues. This role requires a blend of problem-solving, statistical analysis, and programming
to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities: *

1. Data Analysis and Visualization:  Utilize Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Matplotlib to analyze data and generate insights.  Create and present clear and concise data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Statistical and Mathematical Problem-Solving:  Apply statistical methods and mathematical concepts to understand and resolve customer challenges.  Perform data validation and ensure the accuracy of analysis results.
3. Technical Support and Issue Resolution:  Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions.  Maintain detailed documentation of problem-solving steps and solutions for future reference.
   
4. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:  Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer experience. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python libraries, tools, and methodologies.
5. Flexible to work during weekends:  Open to work during weekends

*Qualifications and Skill Sets Required: *

 Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and
teams.
 Basic knowledge in Python programming and logic building.
 Understanding of Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Matplotlib.
 Basic knowledge in statistics and mathematics.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline, or equivalent
work experience.
