The Role

We're looking for a highly capable Engineering Lead who can own the entire engineering function on a day-to-day basis.

You will be responsible for technical architecture, code quality, engineering velocity, hiring, mentoring developers, making technology decisions, and ensuring successful product delivery.

You'll work directly with the founders to convert product vision into scalable technology.

What You'll Own

• Lead the complete software engineering team across Web, Mobile and Backend
• Design scalable and maintainable software architecture
• Drive product development from planning to deployment
• Review code and enforce engineering best practices
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering culture
• Hire engineers across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, AI/ML and DevOps as the company grows
• Break large product goals into executable engineering roadmaps
• Improve development processes, release cycles and engineering productivity
• Own system performance, scalability, security and reliability
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Business teams
• Take complete ownership of technical delivery
