🚀 We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing | UPRIO
📍 Gurgaon | Delhi South | Dwarka | Rohini

UPRIO is an innovative ed-tech start-up transforming the after-school tuition landscape through an AI-powered, student-first approach. Backed by strong investors and a 200+ member team, we're on a mission to build a scalable, impactful education platform — and we want passionate sales professionals to drive that mission forward in Delhi NCR.

What you'll do:
✅ Activate schools and promote UPRIO's platform
✅ Enroll students into free trial batches
✅ Convert free users into paid subscribers
✅ Drive renewals, retention & follow-ups
✅ Work closely with parents, students & schools through field sales

What we're looking for:
🔹 Good English communication
🔹 1+ year experience in EdTech / Education / B2C / Field Sales (preferred)
🔹 Own 2-wheeler, comfortable with regular field work (schools & events)

💰 Fixed 8 LPA + 2 LPA Variable + Travel Allowance
🗓️ Mon–Sat, 11 AM–8 PM (Sunday off)
