DeepInspect is an AI governance and security platform that secures agents and AI applications in real time. Companies putting AI near regulated data buy it because they cannot otherwise answer what their systems did.

About the role

We are looking for our first sales hire. The basic building blocks are in place. Everything after that is yours to build.

You will build the pipeline, run the deals, and work out what a repeatable sales motion looks like here. What works becomes the playbook we hire the next people against.

You will report to the CEO and be in every deal with him until you do not need to be. Deal sizes today land in the mid five figures, with room to grow into larger enterprise contracts as the platform matures. You are the person who will build and lead the sales team that follows.

The right fit

Around 8 years in B2B software sales, with meaningful time in cybersecurity or infrastructure. You can hold your own with security leaders on the technical side without being an engineer.
You have done this at an early-stage startup, ideally as one of the first sales hires.
You have closed real deals recently. You can talk through a specific deal you won, why the customer bought, and what you did to get it signed.
This is a fully hands-on role. You do whatever the sale needs, yourself. You still do your own prospecting, now and not four years ago.
You understand how companies actually deploy models and agents, not just the vocabulary.
You can sell something new against larger companies with overlapping products, and talk honestly about where we lose.
