We are looking for a passionate explorer — someone who loves diving deep into the dynamic banking ecosystem, discovering new partnership possibilities, and navigating the ever-evolving world of payment gateways and aggregators with confidence and curiosity.

This is a high-ownership role where YOU become the bridge between ZedPe and the entire banking universe — ensuring smooth partnerships, seamless integrations, and high-performance payment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Alliance Building & Management

Build, grow, and manage strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, payment aggregators, PSPs, and financial institutions.
Handle end-to-end partner onboarding, documentation, due diligence, compliance, and rate negotiation.
Operational Excellence

Work closely with Product, Tech, Compliance, Legal, Risk & Ops teams for seamless integration.
Lead and resolve daily operational, settlement, and reconciliation challenges with partner banks and aggregators.
Performance & Compliance

Analyze payment gateway performance, success ratios, disputes, chargebacks, and improve efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to RBI, NPCI, and digital payment compliance frameworks.
Strategy & Growth

Identify and unlock new partnership opportunities aligned with ZedPe’s expansion goals.
Drive commercial negotiations, renewals, and performance optimization.
Reporting

Prepare detailed MIS dashboards, alliance performance reports, and weekly reviews.
Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business (MBA preferred).
1-2years of experience in Banking Alliances, Fintech Partnerships, or Payment Gateway Operations.
Strong understanding of UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets, Settlements, Merchant Acquiring & Payment Systems.
Experience with Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, Pine Labs, CCAvenue, etc.
Exceptional communication, documentation & stakeholder management.
Proficient in Excel, PPT, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
