About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to work at the intersection of enterprise technology and client delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, from pre-launch coordination to successful delivery, by working closely with our clients’ business and project teams as well as our internal engineering team.

This is not a deeply technical role, but it does require strong communication skills, an ability to understand basic technical concepts, and confidence in coordinating with enterprise stakeholders. You will be the bridge that ensures everything is in place for a successful deployment of our AI-driven enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of coordination between client teams and our internal project/engineering team during the pre-launch and delivery phase.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate discussions on basic technical integrations (e.g., APIs, access prerequisites, connectivity, documentation), escalating complex issues to the engineering team.
• Validate that all client-side prerequisites (access, accounts, environments, documentation) are in place before launch.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (meeting notes, requirements, technical checklists) in consultation with engineering.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by coordinating test cases, collecting client feedback, and ensuring issues are tracked and resolved.
• Provide regular status updates to both client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Visit client offices within the city when required for project discussions, alignment meetings, and deployment readiness checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role (implementation, coordination, project support, or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills - ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts (APIs, cloud environments, integrations).
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Must own a laptop, valid driving license, and personal vehicle for client visits within the city.
