Banking Alliances Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Alliances Manager
(AM) to strengthen our Banking Alliances and Strategic Partnerships function. The ideal
candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong business acumen, and the
confidence to engage with senior stakeholders across Banks, FinTechs, and Financial
Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and manage strategic alliances with Banks, NBFCs, Payment Partners,
and FinTech companies.
• Develop long-term business relationships and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Business
teams for smooth execution.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions with banking and business
partners.
• Drive end-to-end alliance management, including onboarding, relationship management,
and partner engagement.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with partners to ensure timely execution and business
growth.
• Represent the organization professionally during client meetings and industry
interactions.
• Work closely with senior management to expand the company's banking network and
strategic partnerships.
