Machine Learning Engineer

We're looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI team and build intelligent solutions that solve real-world business challenges. In this role, you'll design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models that power innovative products and data-driven applications.

You'll collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers to develop scalable AI solutions for clients across India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for production.
• Build AI-powered applications using modern machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, classification models, and NLP solutions.
• Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI workflows where applicable.
• Integrate machine learning models into web and mobile applications through APIs.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance using appropriate metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable and reliable AI deployments.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and Deep Learning fundamentals.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of REST APIs and cloud-based deployments.
• Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Milvus.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AI agent frameworks.
• Experience deploying models on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
• Understanding of Computer Vision or Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Data Science.
• A portfolio or GitHub showcasing AI or machine learning projects is highly preferred.
