Business Development Training Program (First 3 Months)
All selected candidates will undergo a structured 3-month Business Development Training (BDT) Program designed to develop professional sales, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
During Training (First 3 Months)
Monthly Stipend: ā¹12,000

Key Responsibilities
Connect with students through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with interested students.
Convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with students.
Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless admission process.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
Strong interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge
Confidence in speaking with customers
Self-motivated and disciplined
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate (Any Stream)
MBA/BBA candidates are welcome.
