Help Deliver One of Africa's Emerging AI Events

Totlesoft is seeking a highly organized Event Coordinator to support the planning and successful delivery of the AI Data Labeling Africa Summit (ADLAS 2026) and future events.

You'll work closely with the founding team to coordinate speakers, schedules, communications, registrations, and event logistics while gaining valuable experience in international event management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating ADLAS 2026.
Support communication with speakers, partners, and attendees.
Manage event schedules and planning timelines.
Coordinate registrations and participant engagement.
Help organize rehearsals and speaker briefings.
Ensure smooth event execution before, during, and after the summit.
Contribute ideas to improve the attendee experience.
Requirements

Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
Has excellent communication and coordination skills.
Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Works well independently and within a team.
Has an interest in events, technology, and startup ecosystems.
