Help Grow Africa's AI Workforce Ecosystem

Totlesoft is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to help introduce our AI data labeling, digital workforce, and technology solutions to businesses and organizations across Africa and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping organizations solve real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Introduce Totlesoft's products and services to businesses and organizations.
Identify prospective clients and strategic partners.
Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
Support partnership and sponsorship initiatives.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Represent Totlesoft professionally during meetings and networking opportunities.
Assist in achieving business growth objectives.
Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is confident speaking with business professionals.
Has experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred but not required).
Is self-motivated and target-oriented.
Has an interest in startups, AI, and technology.
