Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to own the delivery of Agentic Universe's AI agent deployments for enterprise clients. You'll be the bridge between engineering, product, and client stakeholders — ensuring implementations are delivered on time, on scope, and to spec.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project planning and delivery for client implementations (agent configuration, integrations, go-live)
Translate client requirements into technical specifications in partnership with engineering
Track project timelines, risks, and dependencies; proactively unblock delivery issues
Coordinate across engineering, product, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment
Manage client communication during implementation — status updates, escalations, UAT coordination
Define and track delivery metrics (timelines, defect rates, go-live success)
Contribute to internal process improvements for implementation playbooks

Requirements

2–6 years of experience in technical project/program management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or systems integration
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and API-based integrations
Ability to read/understand technical architecture and communicate it to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills
Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar)
Comfortable working directly with enterprise clients (BFSI/Insurance experience a strong plus)

Nice to Have

Prior experience delivering AI/ML or conversational AI products
Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system architecture
